Yogi Adityanath's blitz on Bengal violence: 'Laaton ke bhoot, baaton se nahi maanenge'
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister further expressed deep concern over the ongoing unrest, saying, "Murshidabad has been burning for a week, yet the state government and everyone else are silent. Whatever happened in Bangladesh is being supported in Bengal. The Chief Minister of West Bengal is silent, and those creating violence are being labelled as 'messengers of peace.'"

Yogi Adityanath also thanked the judiciary of Bengal for directing the Centre to deploy central forces for the protection of Hindus in the state. Today, those forces are on the ground ensuring their safety, he added. CM Yogi further condemned the silence of major political parties, stating, “You must have heard about the suffering there, yet everyone remains silent. The Congress is silent, the Samajwadi Party is silent, and the TMC is also silent. Instead of speaking up, they’re issuing threats one after another and shamelessly supporting what happened in Bangladesh.”
Yogi Adityanatjh's comments came during his visit to Hardoi, where he was inaugurating and laying foundation stones for various developmental projects at the Amar Senani Raja Narpati Singh Memorial site. While addressing the crowd, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister strongly condemned the violence in Bengal and the lack of response from the state government and local authorities.
Murshidabad violence
It should be noted here that the situation in certain areas of Murshidabad is under control after central forces were deployed following violence erupting during protests against the Waqf (Amendment) Act. Locals recounted the chaos that unfolded during the violence, which left several shops and properties damaged. Security forces continue to patrol sensitive areas to maintain order, and the administration has urged residents to remain calm and resume normal activities.
