Fresh assignments to 46 IAS officers
Sanjay Prasad, who served as principal secretary to the chief minister will now head the Home Department, replacing Deepak Kumar, who has been relieved of the charge of additional chief secretary of Home, Visa, Passport, Vigilance departments. He has been given additional charge of principal secretary of the Basic Education and Finance departments.
L Venkateshwarlu has been given additional charge of principal secretary, Social Welfare and Sainik Welfare departments, Tribal Development, Uttar Pradesh, Managing Director, UP CIDCO, Director, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Research and Training Institute and Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Research and Training Institute, along with his current post.
Rajesh Kumar Singh has been posted as principal secretary, Home Guard. BL Meena has been relieved of the charge of principal secretary, Home Guard and will continue to be principal secretary, Horticulture, Silk, Food Processing.
Alok Kumar has been relieved of the charge of principal secretary, Handloom and Textile Industry, Khadi and Village Industries, Public Enterprises, Technical Education, Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship departments, and has been given additional charge of principal secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department.
Narendra Bhushan has been relieved of the charge of secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, and given charge of principal secretary Technical Education Department.
Veena Kumari Meena has been relieved of the charge of principal secretary AYUSH Department. Sanjay Prasad has been given additional charge of principal secretary Home, Visa and Vigilance departments along with his current post.
Anil Garg has been relieved as state divisional nodal officer of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana and given charge of principal secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources, Land Development, Prison Administration and Reforms Services departments. He will continue as chairman, pack state nodal officer of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana and managing director of Uttar Pradesh Land Reforms Corporation.
